"I hate to see the courthouse

That bureaucratic place

Where marriage isn't protected,

They shove it in your face.



I hate to see the courthouse

They move at a snail's pace

If only you have money

They'll look into your face.



I hate to see the courthouse

I'm glad I'm white of face.

Profiling is illegal,

but not if you're of race.



I'm sure I'll see the courthouse

I'll go inside some day

To do my juror's duty,

Ten dollars they will pay.



I went inside the courthouse

They threw Em's dad in jail,

They kicked him out o'the country

So now we only e-mail.




For the scriptures warn of the last days

When Judges (lawyers) come together,

To corrupt the laws of this great land.

They do it with such great pleasure."
